  • customer support and preparing an offer
  • establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest – communication), and if we enter into discussions towards a contract, also Art. 6(1)(b) (pre‑contractual steps).
